Wheat is a top-9 allergen. Crusts off for under 18mo — dense crusts can be chewy + a choking risk. Cut and serve to suit your child's age and eating skills, and always supervise eating.
Tips
- Brings out the wow factor of really good olive oil
- Perfect with a side of plain Greek yogurt
Easy swaps
- Add a smear of mashed avocado for an upgrade
- Use sourdough for older toddlers (9mo+) — make sure it's very soft
