ToddlerBites is a meal tracking and recipe discovery application designed to help parents and caregivers monitor their toddler's eating habits. The Service includes:

• Meal logging and tracking features
• Nutritional insights and eating pattern analysis
• Recipe suggestions and discovery
• Profile management for children

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App (meal logs, photos, notes, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription:

• You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime through your device's app store settings
• Refunds are subject to the respective app store's policies

7. Medical Disclaimer

Important: ToddlerBites is not a medical application. The information provided through the App, including nutritional insights and recipe suggestions, is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical or nutritional advice.

Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider or registered dietitian for advice about your child's nutrition, allergies, or health concerns.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ToddlerBites and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToddlerBites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ToddlerBites and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
