Ingredients

  • 3 soft baby cracker (round)
  • 1 tbsp mild cheddar, sliced thin
  • 1/4 apple, peeled & thinly sliced

How to make it

  1. Slice apple into thin rounds, then quarter each round
  2. Cut cheddar into pieces the same size as the apple quarters
  3. Top each cracker with a piece of apple + cheddar
  4. Serve immediately so the cracker stays crunchy
⚠️ Serving it safely

Slice apple THIN — apple chunks are a top choking food for under 4. Dairy is a top-9 allergen. Cut and serve to suit your child's age and eating skills, and always supervise eating.

Tips

  • A good "school pickup" snack — minimal prep
  • Toddler-sized stack means no plate gymnastics

Easy swaps

  • Pear works beautifully instead of apple
  • Use a thin sliver of cream cheese for softer texture
